Mercure London Paddington Hotel

The service at the hotel was welcoming and friendly.

5 of 5 stars review on Google - 1 Sep 2026
We spent two nights at the Mercure London Paddington. It was ideal for getting to art exhibitions and Regents Park gardens. There is a wide variety of restaurants nearby. The service at the hotel was welcoming and friendly. The room, as always with a Mercure, was clean and comfortable, even in the heat.

Excellent

10 of 10 stars review on Expedia.co.uk - 1 Sep 2026
This was a great hotel in a very convenient location. We were directly across from Paddington Station, so transportation was easy after our cruise that landed in Southampton. We were catching the Heathrow Express VERY early in the morning, so it was extra convenient for that. The room wasn't large, but the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was out of this world! Good pressure, nice shower amenties. I got up extra early on our airport day, just so I could get another shower!
Hotel Indigo London Paddington

Great location and attentive staff

Great location and attentive staff. We overlooked them based on the excellent location down the street from Paddington Station and proximity to our areas of interest.
Hotel Indigo London Paddington

Wonderful pleasant staff and location

9 of 10 stars review on Booking.com - 31 Aug 2026
Very helpful, friendly and pleasant personnel. I had packages delivered to their sister hotel in error and the reception staff had it waiting for me at the correct hotel. They went that extra mile. Shout out to Giselle in the restaurant, where we had breakfast. The deco was tastefully done with a theme of early British cinema.
